Massage Therapy Session

Thai Yoga Bodywork

Often referred to as "lazy human's yoga", this deeply relaxing offering is a floor-based, fully clothed bodywork session that incorporates elements of traditional Thai massage, restorative yoga, assisted stretching, compression, and energy work.

This deeply relaxing experience bridges gentle movement, grounding presence, and nervous system restoration. The practitioner moves you through assisted stretches while applying rhythmic compressions along muscle groups and energy lines (known as sen lines). The result is an open, flexible body with a calm mind and renewed energy.

What to Expect

  • Fully Clothed & Floor Based: You'll wear comfortable clothing (loose/stretchy) and lie on a floor mat—no oils are used

  • Passive Assisted Stretching: The practitioner guides your body into gentle, yoga-like postures, allowing you to experience deeper flexibility and range of motion without effort or strain

  • Rhythmic Pressure & Compression: The practitioner uses hands, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to apply gentle compression along energy lines, releasing physical tension and stress

  • Grounding: The session blends physical bodywork with mindfulness, regulating the nervous system and helping integrate mind and body in this nurturing approach
