Additionally, our one-person infrared sauna has added benefits of heat activated Himalayan salt and chromotherapy. The negative ions of the salt are believed to enhance mood and air quality, while Chormotherapy is reported to decrease inflammation, improve sleep, and aid in recovery from medical procedures.
If you'd like to see for yourself, we invite you to schedule your sauna therapy session with us. Our infrared Himalayan salt cave sauna is located in a private room, where you'll have time and space just for you. Time is reserved just for you upon scheduling your appointment. We provide clean towels, body wipes (for after), and a soothing salt scrub for your hands.

The Science Supporting Sauna Therapy

How long are appointments? Research shows that 20 minutes inside the IR sauna allows for maximum benefit. Time inside the sauna should not exceed 30 minutes. Beginners should only use the sauna for 10-15 minutes for the first 2-3 sessions. Your total appointment time in the suite will be 45 minutes, allowing adequate time for you to settle in and clean up.
How often are appointments? Though infrared saunas are safe to use multiple times per week, the suggested use of 3-4 times per week is more than sufficient for health benefits. If you are new to infrared saunas, start with 1-2 sessions per week for 10 to 15 minutes each. Slowly build to regular use.

Towels and body wipes are provided for guests. *No showers on premises.
Appointments are for individuals, and are in a private suite. The suite is reserved for you during your appointment time. If you are late starting your session, your appointment must still end on time. For example, if your appointment is at 2:00, but you don't arrive until 2:10, you must still exit the suite by 2:45. No exceptions.
