I believe meaningful growth begins with feeling understood—and having the space and tools to better understand yourself. As an art therapist and counselor, I use creativity, connection, and evidence-based approaches to help children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate challenges and move toward greater emotional health and wellbeing.
Much of my work focuses on children and adolescents experiencing ADHD and attention challenges, anxiety, depression, difficulty with emotional regulation, life transitions, family changes or divorce, and challenges with coping or expressing what they are feeling. Children don't always have the words to explain what is happening inside. Through art, play, creativity, and other engaging approaches, I meet children where they are and help them build emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, distress tolerance, confidence, and a stronger understanding of themselves.
I also value working alongside parents. Parenting a child who is struggling can bring its own uncertainty, stress, and questions. I enjoy helping parents better understand both their child's needs and their own—creating opportunities for greater connection, insight, and confidence within the family.
In my work with adults, I integrate approaches such as CBT and IFS with creativity, journaling, mindfulness, and art therapy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life or career transitions, parenting, or simply wanting to feel more connected and aligned with yourself, our work can help you tap into your strengths and inner wisdom while identifying practical ways to move toward your needs and goals.
At every age, therapy can be more than simply talking about what's wrong. It can be an engaging and empowering process of discovering what you need, understanding yourself more deeply, and finding new ways to grow.
