Welcoming new clients!
I'm drawn to this work because I've seen—and experienced—how meaningful it is to have someone outside of your everyday life who can offer both clarity and compassion. Not just someone who listens, but someone who helps you slow things down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and create space to understand yourself with greater curiosity and less self-judgment.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, perfectionism, anxiety, stress, women's health concerns, life transitions, and struggles with self-worth. If you find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, rigid expectations, or feeling like food, your body, or anxious thoughts have taken up too much space in your life, you're not alone. Together, we'll work toward greater flexibility, self-trust, and a life guided by your values rather than fear or perfection.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies while always honoring your unique experiences and goals. Our work has direction, but it also leaves room for who you are. I tend to be steady and direct, and I believe therapy can include humor, honesty, and real conversations. I care deeply about creating a space where you don't have to filter yourself, perform, or have everything figured out. Nothing is off-limits here.
To me, healing isn't about becoming a different person or getting everything "right." Sometimes progress is quiet. It's noticing your thoughts without becoming consumed by them. It's responding to yourself with more compassion. It's feeling a little less controlled by anxiety, perfectionism, or old patterns. Over time, those small shifts create meaningful, lasting change—not because you're forcing yourself to be different, but because you're learning to relate to yourself in a healthier, more sustainable way.
I welcome all people exactly as they are. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, challenged with care, and supported as you build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically your own.
