Jason is a CHEK Institute Practitioner (IMS Level 4, HLC Level 3) who works with high-functioning, driven adults whose outward success often hides inner stress, fatigue, pain, and emotional strain.

Many of the people Jason supports are professionals, leaders, and caregivers who feel constantly “on,” yet privately struggle with chronic stress, unresolved anger, low energy, and physical breakdown. Some have begun leaning on alcohol, food, or other substances just to relax, sleep, or cope. They often know something isn’t right — but can’t think, talk, or willpower their way back to feeling like themselves.

Jason’s work addresses the missing link between mental, emotional, and physical health. Using a trackable systems-based approach, Jason helps clients better understand how their past experiences have shaped their patterns, stress responses, and self-perception. This deeper awareness allows people to relate to themselves with more clarity and less self-judgment. 

In addition, Jason works to restore alignment in posture and movement, breathing patterns, nervous system regulation, sleep, nutrition, and recovery capacity. As the body becomes more regulated and resilient, clients often experience clearer thinking, steadier moods, reduced pain, improved energy, and less reliance on unhealthy coping strategies.

From that foundation, Jason supports clients in gaining a clearer sense of direction and purpose — helping them make choices that are more aligned with who they are now, not just who they’ve had to be to survive or succeed. Clients often describe this part of the process as feeling more “aligned,” grounded, and intentional about the life they are building.

His approach is practical, structured, and deeply individualized — designed for people who are used to pushing through, but are ready for a more honest, sustainable, and aligned way forward.

Methods

  • Holistic Lifestyle Coaching: Reintegrating mind-body-spirit through therapeutic relationship and guidance. Helping clients identify areas where optimal functioning is inhibited or dysregulated; develop approachable and sustainable ways to achieve balance among components of your life life to better work for you rather than against you.

  • Corrective Bodywork and Movement: Physical assessment leads to hands-on treatment including soft tissue release, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and more. Followed by corrective exercises to improve optimal function to the body.
