Welcoming new clients!

Life is built on relationships — with ourselves, the people we love, and the communities we belong to. These connections can be a profound source of joy, but they can also bring anxiety, uncertainty, and pain. If you're navigating one of those harder seasons, I'm here to help.

I work with individuals and couples at meaningful relational crossroads: marriage preparation, new parenthood, family dysfunction, divorce recovery, and relationship trauma. I also support people who feel isolated, are searching for purpose, or are building social connections after a period of disconnection. Additionally, I specialize in therapy for women navigating perimenopause, perinatal mental health, body image, anxiety, and the unique pressures of high-demanding careers in tech and corporate environments.

My approach is relational and compassionate. I meet you where you are — without judgment — and walk alongside you with genuine encouragement as you move toward the life and relationships you want. Together, we'll work to build practical skills for managing difficult emotions, uncover insight into your patterns and behaviors, and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership. Every person arrives with a unique story, set of experiences, and vision for what healing looks like — so I tailor my approach to fit you, while also offering fresh perspectives that open new possibilities.

My practice is a safe, inclusive space where you can feel at ease exploring who you are and who you want to become.
