Harmonizing through Mindfulness and Adventure

Sometimes, we just need a break - a break from the demands and obligations of work, parenting, school, finances, etc.; a break from constant consumption of information; a break from the temporary fixes we use to distract ourselves from stress, anxiety, sadness, burnout, relationship challenges. 

Well, the good news is this break is very accessible. In fact, you can do this for yourself whenever you need it. Perhaps, you just need a little guidance and occassional maintenance. 

Join me for a one-day mindful adventure where we puase our automatic reactions and processes just long enough to gain presence. Here we'll prioritize living with purpose and intention. We'll access this clarity through mindfulness meditation, nature meditation, awakening senses in the present, reconnecting with self, connecting with Place and the life within it, and tapping into gratitude, which is far more sustainable and energizing than sheer "will."
