I am Tina Powell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years' experience supporting individuals and families through life's common and uncommon challenges. I believe that each person is the author of their own life story and I work collaboratively and creatively with my clients to build insight, resilience, alignment, and meaningful change - just one step, one moment, and one day at a time.

I specialize in working with teens, adults, and aging populations, building therapeutic practices tailored to each client's unique strengths, values, and goals. I support my clients in navigating stress, anxiety, depression, residual past experiences, life transitions, and caregiver-related challenges by helping them develop practical coping skills, set realistic goals, and move through difficult circumstances with greater clarity, confidence and balance.

My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practices, integrating mindfulness, nature-based approaches, and expressive arts when appropriate. I create a safe, supportive space for self-exploration and growth, defining values and goals, and engaging in creative, personalized strategies that foster healing and mental and emotional well-being.

Outside the therapy space, you can find me traveling the world, wrapped up in learning a new skill, and utilizing photography as a creative outlet and a way to capture the beauty of everyday moments.
