I’m drawn to this work because I’ve seen—and experienced—how meaningful it is to have someone outside of your everyday life who can offer both clarity and care. Not just someone who listens, but someone who helps you slow things down, look closer at what’s happening for you, and begin to make space for it.

I work primarily with eating disorders, body image concerns, self-worth, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based work, and our work has direction while still leaving room for who YOU are. I tend to be steady and direct—there’s space for humor, candor, and saying things as they actually are. I care about creating a space where you don’t have to filter or perform, and nothing feels off-limits to talk about.

I do see progress as moving forward, but it’s not only that. Sometimes it’s quieter—paying attention in a new way, relating to yourself differently, or allowing something to be there without immediately trying to change it. Over time, that tends to create the kind of change that actually lasts. And over time, it starts to feel less like something you’re forcing and more like something that fits.
