Welcoming two new Therapists!

Please join us in welcoming Mugdha Joshi Valsangkar, MBBS, LMSW and Jacob Sobel, LMSW to our practice.

Mugdha brings a wealth of experience in the medical field, as she completed medical school before realizing that her true passion is in helping others navigate emotional and mental health on a deeper and more personal level. Her areas of focus include anxiety, mood disorders, trauma recovery, women's health, and navigating stress for students and adults in high-demand, stressful programs/ careers. Mugdha is welcoming adolescent and adult new clients.

Jacob comes from a long line of clinical social workers in his family; his grandfather and mother were/are clinical social workers. His experience in travel and different cultures enables him to appreciate each person's story and walk of life as a part of who they are, while respecting that we are more than any one experience or trait. His ares of focus are in anxiety, stress reduction, and healthy relationship with masculinity/identity issues with adolescent and adult males. Jacob is welcoming adolescent and adult new clients.
