Summer groups are on the horizon

We are excited to announce that our summer groups will be starting soon. Our goal is to help make growth and healing as approachable as possible. Participants for these groups may be experiencing anything from mild anxiety to depression to struggles with major life transitions. Understanding that individual therapy is an investment that some may not have the time or resources to accommodate during the busy summer, we offer groups for various age ranges to help your child get what she/he needs at a lower cost and more brief period of time.

Our groups are divided into age groups, including early and late elementary school ages and middle school girls. These groups are designed to be hands-on for participants, allowing them to gain more awareness of their feelings, thoughts, and relationships.
