Stressed Man

I've "cheated." Now, what?

A processing group for men who’ve had (or are having) an affair.

When someone decides to secretly step outside their primary relationship to seek comfort, companionship, or adventure, it’s often a sign they aren’t feeling seen, heard, or desired. Unearthing what was behind your decision to cheat is an important step to understanding what that relationship means for you, both now and in the future.

There’s no “one answer” that works for everybody. Come and discover yours and how to best use that information to improve the relationships that are important to you.

Should I tell my partner?

I don't want to end my marriage.

I don't even know if this is what I really want.

This is all my partner's fault.

You've stepped outside of your relationship, and wondering...

I feel so guilty?

What if I want to be polyamorous?

I think I want to leave my spouse for my other relationship.

I don't want my partner to find out.

What if my kids find out?

Is this really cheating if we didn't have sex?

I don't even know why I did this.

Why do I keep doing this?

I never meant to hurt anyone.

We're here to help you answer some of your questions; better understand yourself, your needs, and how to best meet them; navigate your current situation; and participate in your relationships with more intention and purpose.
