Making the decision to begin therapy is a courageous act of self-love. I will partner with you on your journey of self-discovery, healing and wellness. I create an atmosphere of compassion, empathy and respect.

I utilize both counseling and art therapy for a unique and dynamic therapeutic experience. Art therapy involves making art to discover, process, and heal what limits you from accessing fulfillment and joy. Art therapy provides an alternative form of communication and expression that goes beyond what is possible through words alone. No art skills are necessary to benefit from art therapy. This practice is impactful for all ages and stages of life.

My clinical approach includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, Adlerian and Person-Centered therapy. I work with adolescents (ages 10 and older) and adults of all identities and cultures.

My career allows me to combine my passions for art and helping others. I am deeply fulfilled by my career and feel genuinely excited to share this gift with others. To provide quality care to my clients, I engage in self-care practices daily. I am restored by time in nature, making art, yoga, meditation, and spending time with loved ones, including my dog and two cats. I look forward to connecting with you, and supporting you along your wellness journey. You deserve to be well.
