Engage in a day of self care that focuses on improving mindfulness! Learn about the benefits of mindfulness, and begin to pratice ways to incorporate it into your daily life. Througout the day, you will be gudied throgh a variety of activiteis that engage the creative process and foucs on setting intention, focusing attention, and cutlivating a attitude of gratuitude and positivity to assist you in moving towards your intention.
No artistic skills or previous experinece needed! All supplies will be provided for you and any activity canbe adapted to fit your needs!
You will be guided through a variety of activites and pormots that encourage creativity through art making/playing with/exploring art materials. You will also be provided with a variety of journaling prompts to deepen the experience and process through the learnings.

Find your personal "why" by being guided through explorative art making and reflective journaling to set your intention

Explore ways to focus attention to the present moment using mindfulness skills. We will try a variety of mindfulness techniques rooted in creativity and writing.

Cultivate an attitude of acceptance and openness. Learn how to bring more kindness, curiosity, and non-judgement into your everyday life.

FAQ's
What do I need to bring?
Nothing! At the in person event all supplies will be provided for you. If you have any certain art or writing materials you would like to utilize, you are welcome to bring them. Coffee, tea, and water will be provided. Any additional beverages or snacks/lunch can be brought. There is a refrigerator available for use and may restaurants within walking distance.
For the online course, a supply list will be provided.
Are there places to get lunch nearby?
Yes! There are many food options nearby. You can Google the area to view options -
I'm not artistic! Can I still come?
Of course! No artistic skills are needed, this is about the process and experience, not the product. The event provides a way to explore art materials and utilize them in a way to create and find deeper personal meaning. Looks do not matter!
What's the difference between the in person event and the online one?
Much of the content will be the same. The online course guides you though similar experiences and you follow it at your own chosen pace. The in person event may provide a deeper experience for some people. It also allows for more dedicated and focused time on activities. Additionally, the in person day provides a collective experience creating, learning, and sharing with others.
