About: No artistic talent required! This workshop for adults is designed to encourage creativity and self-expression through the use of art making and journaling. At the end of the day, you will leave with the foundations of your own unique art journal that can be continued on your own or in a future art journaling workshop with The Peaceful Place!
What to Expect from the Day:
A day of fun and relaxation that is inspiring and rejuvenating.
The day will start with an informative time of "the whys and hows of creative art journaling". Participants will then be guided through a variety of experiential activities that focus on and combine art making, a variety writing/journaling techniques, and engage the creative process.
